A fun, relaxed session for ukulele beginners/improvers. Learn the basic chord shapes and strumming styles to get up & running on the uke!

The uke is the ideal go-to, travel-with, play-anywhere musical pal whether you’re with others or solo. We’ll look at tuning and hand positions, reading chord boxes, simple chord shapes, effective strumming techniques and a host of tips and tricks to get the most out of your ukulele.

Once you have a handful of chords and a couple of strumming patterns under your belt, the world is your oyster—you’ll have countless songs in all sorts of styles at your fingertips!

All the materials you need, including song sheets and chord diagrams, are provided. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive a link to the Zoom meeting and the Google folder for all the materials.
