HOW CHORDS WORK
An introduction into the world of chords: great for songwriters, improvisers, guitarists, keyboard players, and singers.

This four-session course is perfect if you want to know more about the nature of chords; how they relate to each other; and how to achieve a more focussed, exciting sound. We’ll examine major and minor chords; what happens when we add sevenths; why the circle of fifths matters; passing bass notes; harmonising a melody; famous chord combinations; and we’ll pull apart some fabulous songs to see just what makes them tick.

The sessions will be recorded (recording will be available soon after the session) so you can revisit or catch up if you can’t make the session in person. You’re also welcome to visit single sessions. Looking forward to seeing you there!
